WildKnowledge site launched
May 30, 2008
Phase 1 of the new WildKnowledge website was launched on the 30th of May, the site seeks to provide existing and future users of WildKey with many new advantages including the ability to:
- Create and download forms, maps, keys and images
- Upload records and observations
- Share created content and records
- Stream applications via the web (coming soon!)
The renaming of WildKey to WildKnowledge reflects the broader array of applications we now provide (we are not just the wildlife guys!) and encapsulates our mission to breakdown information barriers through mobile devices:
Wild: a lack of restraint or control;
Knowledge: expertise acquired through experience or education
Users will be able to download applications from late June, so watch this space!
